Wrap up trip and house work day.
Today was the wrap up day of trip and house work day.
Already missing blue ocean...
Mom went one day trip from yesterday. then I was doing house work instead of her.
Also dad and bro were home from the lunch time.
Then, had lunch and relax at home.
Felt like walking. Then took ViVi(my dog) for a walk.
(She is really scared of taking a walk. Usually she won't go for a walk. Instead, she run in the yard.)
When I attached collar to her, she started shaking with scare.
ViVi's mind " What is going on?><"
Carried her to the near park and let her walk.
Going back and force at the same place.
Little by little, hope I can take a walk with her.
From tmrw, it will be Feb!!
Keep and reset mind for new month!

Boracay trip
Finally back to home from trip.
Today's morning, I got up at 5 am in Boracay.
And I came back to Kobe home around 11pm.
It was........ long......
The way to come back was harder than on the way to Boracay.
Hotel - Trycycle - Boat - Trycycle - Airport.
Trouble day started with our domestic flight cancel.
After got to Manilla, there was fight at the check in counter, and security gate.
In the end, we were not allowed to go through security. Took taxi to send extra hand luggage by cargo.
Finally flew to Japan.
After arrived at Kansai Airport, nobody knows exactly where our extra luggage went...
Started to find them.
Transfered to cargo terminal by the transport bus, walked around the area which is really unfamiliar.
In the end, got bags!!
Back to airport again, packed up again and went on the way to back home.
If I write like this, it sounds like just a story. But it was the hardest travel ever.
Now, if I reflect such a problem, it is good trip memory.
Transfer was really hard, but everything including fun time and hard time will be unforgettable memories of trip.
Everyday, going up the hill and stairs in front of room with out of breath.
Sitting on air chair(possible "air chair" is Japanese word) at the washroom cuz there is no cover of toilet.
Scared lizard everywhere outside.
Including everything like these, they are good memories.
Of course, had such an awesome ocean life with kite surfing in the warm water, and snorkeling.
Eating yummy food and drinking tasty cocktails,
Supported by warm heart local ppl,
Such a happy island life.
That's why I love traveling.
From now, refresh mind and go to new life!
I will work for new job and also prep for new career.
Do my best for coming life!

It is the review of Boracay trip.

And I came back to Kobe home around 11pm.
It was........ long......
The way to come back was harder than on the way to Boracay.

It is the review of Boracay trip.
Boracay Day 9, 10~ beauty of nature~
Yesterday and today, I had kite ride.
I used 16 meter kite yesterday, and 9 meter my kite today.
I don't feel like getting better that much, but can jump little bit with confident .
Also, riding style looks better, I guess.
Where is my backroll which I did the last August?
Anyway, tmrw is the last day><
We will leave here at 5 :30 am on the day after tmrw.
It means I have only one more full day to enjoy.
Not sure we will get wind tmrw or not but, I will enjoy fully with this warm weather and peaceful time.
This is the beach where we kite always.
In sunny days, the ocean looks amazingly beautiful color.
It makes me happy all the time.
And, at night time, I can see lots of stars.
There are not so many lights around. Then tons of stars are shing.
I am really healed by beauty of island nature.
Boracay Day 6-8 ~ kit days ~
Finally got enough wind for kite surfing!
On Day 6, I was able to do kite with 16 meter kite.
To prevent foot from sea urchin, I could borrow the boots.
I can practice with it without caring!
And happy ride in the morning.
In the afternoon, no wind....
Little bit tired and slept in the room.
After get up, I was reading a book alone..
At that moment,,,,
“ cucu....”
It was devil sounds ...
I looked up the wall.
Lizard-----------
I hate Lizard soooooo much. That is the only thing I can't handle it in the world.
But in this warm place, they are always here.
I was opening window to get wind to refresh.
OMG><><><
I was waiting until it goes out.
I looked at other spot. At that time, it disappeared.
I looked around room, but nowhere..
sighed.. and relaxed. Back to book.
But, I felt something.
There is.........
no more. I can't handle it.
Get out from here.
I run to the coffee shop where my partner is, with holding tears.
I feel ashamed about myself to such a small lizard. But so scary><><
After dinner, I got new sandal. But with that brand new sandal, I stepped on something not good..
mmmmmmm>< bad lack day.
Next day, had all day long kite !
It was really strong wind and it was bit over with 7 meter kite.
Yesterday, the wind was blowing well in the afternoon.
With 10 meter kite, it was perfect!
I satisfied with 3 days kite !

Again,, no wind...
By the forecast, tmrw will be windy hopefully.
Then, walking around the island.
Walked so long today.
First, went to “Mt. Luho view point”
Climbed up the hill (mountain),, climbed up and up.
I guess around here. and found the sign!!
Again, the stairs were waiting there.
up and up ....
In front of me,,,,,
Awesome!!
Look at this blue color.
I forgot tiredness of coming up here.
Down the hill and back to the room.
It seems like no wind.
Then, went out to the beach to explore ocean.
Brought ballon boat and snorkeling.
Swim, swim, swim. and look into the water.
There were,,,
Sea urchin!!
Star fish!!
Fish.....(not much)
It means here is dangerous spot for kitesurfing with bare foot.
Maybe I shouldn't down the feet to the land when I kite. (keep float)
It was good research for kite beforehand...
For Dinner, had Indian food made by Sri Lanka chef.
I ordered “Sri Lanka chicken curry”
so yummy!
My stomach is getting warm. It was so yummy with good amonts of spice and mildness.
Also, I had Mango Lassy (Yogurt and Mango mix juice)
Such a good combination!
On the way back to room,,,, again,,,,
lights out.
About 1 hr, light was on and off.
It often happen in this island. That's what I know from island's ppl.
They put candle and ppl get together.
It will be good to wait having beer in front of the ocean.
This is island life, too.
Boracay 4th day~ explore ocean and snorkeling
Such a nice weather.
But no wind..
Then, decided to do snorkeling.
I heard that there are lots of fishes at the Crocodile Island which is 20 mins boat ride from the boat station.
Crocodile Island looks like real Crocodile from the side view.
Chartered boat with driver and went the boat exploring trip.
1st destination is Crocodile Island for snorkeling.
The boat stopped and I dived in.
I was so amazed and surprised by tons of fish there.
I came up soon with surprise!
“Amazing!!!”
There were so many coral reefs. Around them, so many fishes were making their world.
It was the best spot where I ever dived.
I met “Nimo” too.
( took pics with waterproof camera. then, I will upload after back.)
After that, 2nd destination...
went to the “Crystal Cove” which is the small island, little bit away from Crocodile Is.
It was really small island which is possible to walk around all.
Guided to the cave which is made by Crystal!!
Stepped down the small stairs, the small cave was waiting.
There was small hall which is connected to the ocean.
From that hall, water comes and looks crystal blue with sun light.
Such a mysterious color.
After that, went to 2nd cave.
Walking though small cave with bending knee,,,,,
The ocean was waiting there with carved rock.
Fully enjoyed boat tour, relaxed at night.
Enjoying slow island time.
Now, I am reading a book which brought from Japan.
This is the sentence from that.
“ As the time is scheduled mins by mins, it is like sands which is going away from hands.
Slowly time might be real time.”
When I am in Japan, my schedule will be often busy.
But it is important to have own time like now.
The time, when I can have balance between busy time and slow time, will be full life for me.
From Feb, it will busy. But I will try to have own slow time, even short time.
and cherish moments, one min, one sec.
I felt so again.

Boracay Day3 ~First Wakeboarding~
Got up...
slightly had fever. but feeling much better^^
Then, time to go out in the water!
It was really weak wind.
With 16 m kite, I went out slowly.
So nice----♪
Really warm with just swim suits and T-shirts!
Such a clear water!!
I was impressed. at the moment, not enough wind and done....
10 mins 1st ride in Boracay..
After lunch, tried wakeboarding!
It was the first try for me.
1st try!
Drugged by the boat, try to stand up.
Jumped into the water.
2nd try!!
the boat started to move. I keep the handle.
Andd, stand up!!
and going well!!
I had good ride and when I feel perfect,,,
dived into the water from the face..
Tried couples of time and had fun with that^^
In the end, no wind all day...
Had buffet dinner of seafood and various kinds of meat.
It was only 260 peso( about 6$)
everything is so cheap. It is about half or less than that of USD$.
And, food is really yummy, too.
That is the attractiveness of Asian trip!
Enjoyed body massage and basketball point game.
Enjoyed Boracay night life!

It seems that I will have fever when I come to unknown place always.
I slept at the room all day and in the evening, I felt much better with lower temperature.
Went out for dinner at Thai food restaurant.

Philippine, Boracay 1st day
1st day was the moving day.
-1st transfer. House(Kobe ) →Kansai airport (Osaka)
Left home in the early morning.
Got to Kobe airport to take ferry to the Kansai airport.
30 mins by ferry.
After get to Kansai airport, fight at the check in counter which often encounter for us. (cuz we have lots of luggage) . Reduce the luggage. sent back something to home and head to gate.
Run, run, run, and finally gate in!
-2nd transfer. Kansai airport →Manila（Philippine）
4rs by airplane.
-3rd transfer. Manila →Caticlan
After get to Manila, moved to domestic area.
We asked ppl and everybody gives different instruction.
We run, run, run, and got shuttle bus finally.
15 mins ride and finally check in !!
Payed overcharge for luggage cuz it is the small airplane.
Run, Run, Run, again.
And gate in!!
To move to airplane, we took the bus.
This is the bus....
It is Japanese old bus!!!
I was impressed to see this.
1 hrs by small airplane.
Finally got to Caticlan. almost there!!
-4th transfer. Caticlan →Boracay Island.
By tricycle (it is like bike), head to ferry terminal.
by small boat, 20 mins to the island!
Finally, got to Boracay Island!!
By tricycle, went to hotel.
What is waiting for us is steep steps about 20 steps.
Going up and finally room!!

and transfer to domestic flight and go to Caticlan.
And take small boat to the Boracay.
It is really small island, but now getting so famous as a toursit place.
It is regarded as one of top 10 beautiful white sands beach in the world.
Can't wait!
and from tmrw(today),,,,, going to Philippienes.

Shizuoka----
Went to Shizuoka Prefecture for kite surfing.
Last time, it was day trip, but for this time, we stayed one night.
It is one the way to Shizuoka.
Snow....
It is not on the way to snowboarding.. for kite!!
Anyway, Shizuoka was warmer and good wind!!
Yesterday, i got beautiful ride with challenging ride for wave.
Today, too strong wind. and couldn't ride.

It was fun and good old style restaurant.
Today, I saw Mt. Fuji!

And before leaving Shizuoka today, we went to batting game centre.
It was the first try for me. so fun and refresh WHEN I COULD hit the ball.
7 hit out of 15. not too bad for first try!

and after that, Philippines tour is waiting!

Done for 4 straight days work then, today relaxed at home.
Contacting for various things and May schedule was decided.
I will go to Vancouver in the end of April or the beginning of May.
Take my sister to Vancouver island for home stay and I will back to Van.
And, I got job for Tour attending in Mid of May.
prep for tour and attend tour in mid of May.
Then, if somebody need player for Asian tournament, probably I can play!? I hope so!
I am so excited to back to Van always, especially in such a beautiful May!
tmrw and the day after tmrw, I will go to Shizuoka prefecture for kite.

Coming age ceremony
tmrw is Coming of age ceremony in Japan.
We have ceremony when we get 20 years old.
And, this is Kimono at my home.
Tmrw's costume.
of my sister, of course.
This Kimono was my mom's when she became 20 years old.
I was in Canada when I was 20 years old, then I couldn't have ceremony in Japan.
Before go to Canada, I took pics with Kimono.
Such a beautiful Kimono.. i wanna wear it too..
My sister told me..
"U should take it too. I can make up as u look like 4 years younger than now..'

Today, i was working as a cosmetic seller and I remembered 4 years ago.
I was in Canada when my old friends get together for ceremony.
I really envy them but, I had such a great ceremony in Canada.
I came to Canada with 100 students from my univ. and there were some friends who were already older than 20.
They set up ceremony for us.
They asked our parents secretly to write letter for us.
At the ceremony, we got surprise letter from parents of Japan.
I really impressed.
I got letter from my mom. She attached letter which she wrote before I was born.
Also, she attached the copy of diary which she wrote before I will be older sister.(it means before my brother was born.)
I am keeping that letter still. That is one of my important letters in my life.
Such a special coming age ceremony.

Anyway, I worked today as a cosmetic seller.

Color-full small apple.
Baked corn with yummy smell with soy sauce.
This Ebisu festival is the one for prosperous of business.
I hope my new career will prosper too.

Back from Miyako Is.
Came back to real life.
Today's mor, I packed up luggage and said bye to ppl.
At the last, went to snorkeling at Kurima Is. where we went yesterday, too.

At that spot, I met lots of colorful fish such as blue ones, rainbow color fish, etc...
I felt like I visited fish's world.
Haven't get pics from that, then, I will upload after I get it!
Such a beautiful island. Feeling like staying here more, I left here.
Hope I can have chance to come back again!

one more day in Miyako
One more day.
I will leave Miyako Island(Okinawa) tmrw and back to Kobe.
It was really quick 10 days...
Kite surfing, eating, drinking...lots and lots..
Anyway, I had healthy & unhealthy life..
I had so much exercise, but I gained weights too..
Of course, it is sure I will cuz I ate lots and drunk.
Then, after back to reality, I will go to diet and body making life.
This Island is called that idealistic place to have slow life.
So relaxing and always spending time with own pace.
Today, we didn't get enough wind, then bit of sight seeing.
Went to Kurima island which is connected with Miyako Is.
From view point of Kurima Is.
And had gelato at small cafe .(Mango gelato assorted with Dragon fruits)
It was such a relaxing start of 2009.
In a good way, I will spend 2009 with own pace.
For 2009, I will try to have opportunities to teach Pialtes as an instructor.
In end of Jan(19-30), I will go to Philippines, Boracay for kite trip and body making.
In Feb & Mar, I got job as a English teacher for grade 6 students.
During these, hope to research and discuss for instructor opportunities.
Anyway, everyone, have a great 2009!
