Coming age ceremony

tmrw is Coming of age ceremony in Japan.
We have ceremony when we get 20 years old.

And, this is Kimono at my home.

This Kimono was my mom's when she became 20 years old.

I was in Canada when I was 20 years old, then I couldn't have ceremony in Japan.
Before go to Canada, I took pics with Kimono.

Such a beautiful Kimono.. i wanna wear it too..

My sister told me..
"U should take it too. I can make up as u look like 4 years younger than now..'

Today, i was working as a cosmetic seller and I remembered 4 years ago.
I was in Canada when my old friends get together for ceremony.
I really envy them but, I had such a great ceremony in Canada.

I came to Canada with 100 students from my univ. and there were some friends who were already older than 20.

They set up ceremony for us.
They asked our parents secretly to write letter for us.
At the ceremony, we got surprise letter from parents of Japan.
I really impressed.

I got letter from my mom. She attached letter which she wrote before I was born.
Also, she attached the copy of diary which she wrote before I will be older sister.(it means before my brother was born.)
I am keeping that letter still. That is one of my important letters in my life.

Such a special coming age ceremony.

Feeling like writing letter to my sister.

Anyway, I worked today as a cosmetic seller.
Tmrw, too.
